This is my 2nd marathon, with the first ending at mile 25.5 in Kenmore Square.   The team seeks to raise awareness of rare diseases and each runner is partnered with a patient.  I am partnered with my niece <a href=\"http:\/\/runningforrarediseases.org\/2013\/04\/03\/briannas-story-hereditary-spastic-paraplegia\/\">Briana<\/a>, who overcomes the challenges that come with Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia.
